I find that if I have a song stuck in my head just listen to it all the way through. It helps me and I hope it helps you. Good luck!

This is what my husband does to me when that happens to him ... he sings the song until it's stuck in MY head. For some off-the-wall reason this seems to work - until I think of a worse song and throw it back at him.

listen 2 a different song it might get stuck in ur head but make sure b4 u do that make sure u like the song

I got the same problem...and you know those OLD songs they play over the intercom in grocery stores and pharmacys and stoff? Well I work at CVS and the song that starts of MONDAY, MONDAY **doo-doo-ddoooo--ddoooododododo! SO Good to me *doo-doo-doo-dodo**...Well you get the idea....IYeah...Its permanently in my mind...but to forget it for a while I just tune in to the OTHER retarded songs...try listening to elevator music or something! *lol* Good luck....

listen to some other music really loud and sing along even louder. Oohh and baa baa black sheep works a treat

There's a great word in German for that effect: "Ohrworm", or translated, "ear worm".

The best advice I've heard is to actually sing it out loud a few times (in private would be best). That's helped me.
