I've never known anyone who's done that... I'm sure it has happened before, but it's mostly in movies like The Parent Trap... If you are in this situation, think about why you got divorced in the first place... Is it a situation that is fixed now and you think it's something that you got past and you'll be happy together? Or is it something that signifies you just aren't meant to be a couple?

My grandparents did this four times. Talk about wierd. To make it even worse when my grandpa died my grandma married his brother, then divorced him too. One of my old roommates married this psycho woman, divorced her, lost everything, remarried her, now is losing everything again in the divorce. I think that shows stupidity myself, but some people never learn.

not many i mean hardly any. if they got a divorce then that means there was a problem in the marrige that they couldnt fix. so why would they get remarried if they couldnt fix the problem the first time so what would be different the second time around?

She's falling back into his trap again! He wants her but doesn't know how to keep her, he wants her b/c someone else does and he wants her but can't be faithful.... He knows she's a good women, he loves her when he wants her to be there, he doesn't want to hurt her but when temptations are close he forgets and he feels at times she deserves someone else who will treat he right yet when she finds that potential person he steps back in b/c he thinks he'll loss her for good... Wouldn't you be confused? She just needs to be strong and see the patterens of his life. This is probably the only way he knows how to love someone...

Because in this day when being divorced is not an embarassment, people jump into it too quickly when they really love each other.

because they are self destructive, and do not have the ability to move forward, so they just go back to the lessor of two evils. i.e. a known relationship vs. an unknown relationship.
