how can a person have regular income by working online other than gambling? are their any websites which need people to work online for them?

Avenues for working online are limited in India and least reliable. Business has yet to overcome its teething problems for online, maturity is a distant dream as of now.

A good friend of mine is killing them on Ebay, buying low and selling high...selling stuff that he found good deals on. He nets about a thousand a month there plus has his regular job.
You can also work for some businesses as an online promoter. I met a girl online who works full time promoting a big online boutique in Florida. Another friend of mine, a guy I know from my local bar designs spiders that gather info from across the 'net. He started a little business here but has a girl working for him in New York City full-time double-checking facts for him. There a lady that lives next door to me who works for AOL from her home, but I'm not real clear on what she does. So there are definitly some jobs that people do online at home.
