That's too bad about his family...

But he's never been all that good (or reliable) to begin with... drug problems...

I think he'll be fine on the court. He'll have plenty of time to be with family and once the season roles around he'll be able to use basketball as a sort of escape from that trauma. The only thing I think might really affect him is how much he works in the offseason to prepare. That might be lessened.

I bet he is furious right now but then he will do his best while he is playing basketball because his aunt and his kid is supporting him down there. His dream is to play basketball and I bet his aunt and kid is still supporting him to play. So he should keep playing better than normal

no, he can't play "good", but yes he could play "well", i think it will be very emotional but his losses might push him harder
