I really love Dove's Essential Nutrients face creams. The day one has spf 15, which will help avoid long-term skin damage and help keep you from tanning as well. The cream is very effective and not oily, I have acne, but I can still use these w/o feeling oily, and it doesn't irritate my skin (I have fairly sensitive skin too).
I included the link to the Dove site, but I'd suggest you just buy it at your local store.

i know a way to get it smooth my not white
you should use PONDS it has a face cream type lotion thing for your face its works good
