Yes: broadband and DSL are pretty much the same thing and will allow you use of your phone AND PC internet access at the same time. In fact, I'm my home speakerphone now as I write this.

If there using the same line so. So if that's the case either switch your Internet to DSL or get a modem for your Internet.

yes, if you have a cable or dsl modem, or if you have a second phone line if you are using dial-up.
