At what point in a med students education cycle does he/she decide to specialize in proctology?

Did they flunk podiatry first or what? Plus, can you really brag about that at parties?

I think you brag about the fact you're pulling in $200-400k a year. People always make fun of proctology, but the millions of people who get colon cancer all have to see (and pay) one.
