Spray them with rubbing alcohol and they will fall to the floor so you can sweep them up. Or make a trap for them by filling a jar halfway with apple cider, punching a few holes in the lid and putting it back on. They will do the rest themselves.

I take a small glass fill it with water, vinegar, a little sugar and a few drops of dish soap. Put plastic wrap on the top held down by a rubberband and poke a few holes in it (big enough for them to climb in). I made two one for the kitchen window and one for the culprit which in my case was a few rotten potatoes in a drawer. In about three days all where gone.
I also noticed a few of them got stuck in my window fly trap, one of those shaped like a triangle that u stick to the corner of a window.

Try hanging up strips of fly paper or duct tape.

They can not survive without moisture. Run a dehumidifier or air conditioner and they will go away.

open a window and let in a breeze, they cant fly very fast
