Wentworth Miller (from the hit TV series Prison Break) would be great as Tony Stark / Iron Man.
The villain for this movie would have to be the Mandarin, to be played by either John Lone (Rush Hour 2) or Ken Watanabe (Batman Begins).

maybe tom welling? he needs to play a superhero with a bit of darker side instead of someone so goody-goody like he did on smallville. sorry, i just don't care for superman. Rick yune, the bad guy from james bond movie die another day could be the bad guy. they'll probably get like josh hartnett or ashton kutcher.
