I want to wear them with heels, not flats.

Put on the heels then have someone measure your pants to the top of the heel where it meets the sole. this will make them jsut the right length to skim your heels, the way pants are meant to be worn with them.

Don't make them too short, you will look like you areexpecting a flood. A hem slightly lower than the ankle would be good tho; it shows just enough of the shoe and foot without looking like you outgrew your pants.

Put on the shoes you are planning to wear with them. The hem should be floating just above the ground, not more than 1".

You could hem them to just below your cheeks. I'd probably like that...

Of course, if you want them to still be pants, I guess yo'll probably prefer to hem them about an inch above the top of the shoes.

wear your lowest heels, then hem ur pants 1/4 inch above it~!! it will go great with all of ur other shoes!

when you are measuing wear heels that are about the height you want to wearthem with and fold them up to a length you like...then put pins in them to keep them in place and hem them as usual

wear a pair of your heels, and sit down, the pant should cover your ankle when you sit.
