I loved those movies! Don't forget Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Mary Poppins, and The Apple Dumpling Gang movies. I also remember watching a trio of old Kurt Russell movies when I was little, The Strongest Man in the World, Now You See Him, Now You Don't, and The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes.

Mary Poppins. The Apple Dumpling Gang. Polyanna. Parent Trap. Black Beauty. They were all great movies. I have so many disney movies from when i was a kid...im not starting to collect all the disney movies as they come out on DVD. The Little Mermaid was my absolute favorite...and it comes to DVD Oct. 3rd...My Birthday! hahaha. So I know what my present will be. haha. Plus I'm pregnant...so I want to have all those movies for my baby to watch. Cause I loved them when i was younger...and i babysat my neices all the time..we always watched them. They loved it also.

Yes, my favorite is The Ugly Dachshund! It's about a couple who has a show dachshund that has puppies and while she's at the vet a great dane has a litter, as well. The great dane rejects one of the pups and the family that owns the dachshund takes the dane puppy in and because it was raised by a dachshund, he behaves like one. It's so cute! I think it was even put on DVD recently.

I think others have mentioned the Apple Dumpling Gang as well. It's a classic. Anyone remember "The Ugly Dachsend"? But my all time favorite was (and still is) "Darby O'Gill and the Little People"

Disney makes great movies with really good storylines, and done well enough to never lose their appeal no matter how old you get or which generation you're from.
I absolutely adore Disney movies, but they usually rip my heart out and leave me sobbing uncontrollably -- especially any animal movies! I love them, but can't watch them anymore. NOT a tearjerker girl!
