Of course not.
Psychoses pretending to such have been manifest over the centuries, but these, are essentially madmen.
The kick off point was Vlad The Impaler.
When the Ottomans wanted to make Europe a franchise, the European feudal lords put up a fight knowing what kind of rule that meant.
Vlad was one of the more succesful ones.
Ruthless.
The legend goes he'd have breakfast before those he'd executed by impaling on stakes slowly dying.
Once a servant complained about the stench. He ordered him impaled on a higher stake so he couldn't smell the others.
This is the degree of ruthlessness practiced or desired published to a powerful and implacable invading foe. This is what Bram Stoker modeled his Dracula after. ( 'Nuff sed. )

I think it's possible that vampires existed at one point or may still exist today. Think about it, something like a vampire had to have existed at one point for all of the stories to spark from, plus there are stories about vampires that span different cultures and continents, for so many different stories to be so similar, there must be a common origin. Today, there are people who call themselves "vampires" who drink blood, but they are totally separate from the stories that we know. If vampires do exist, the best place to find them would be in ancient lands such as Egypt or Romania.

Well, I can definitely point you in the direction of a very informative and objective book on the subject. It's called "Vampires: The Occult Truth" by Konstantinos. I read through all but the last chapter and it was very good and the author doesn't really try to prove or disprove vampires. I'd definitely recommend it if you're into them

OK, People who choose to drink blood are not vampires, they are retards. Drinking blood can be dangerous and cause major issues with your digestion.
As much as some people want to pretend to be the devil, or vampires or big foot, they aren't, they are just lonely loosers looking for attention because they can't get it from any other valid or real means.
Sorry to pop your bubble.

Vampires do not exist. Only vampire bats exist because they suck the blood out of animals. But vampires itself do not exist. However, if your talking about dracula, he existed because many people depicted him as a bad person. He was actually a turkish or persian prince that slaughtered his enemies brutally and drank the blood of them.

no they dont...our math class did a project on it....its said that vampires have to drink blood to stay alive and even if its just one human a week....its still too many....it doesnt even have to be humans blood because no matter what it is....the thing that is bitten becomes a vampire...so that makes two vampires and then both have to bite another living thig which makes four...and then theres eight ..then sixteen...then thirty two...and by our time...all of us would be vampires unless they once did exist and were all killed.....but they exist dont anymore....either way.

Yes, there are real "vampires"...not the kind in horror movies. It's real people who drink each others blood. It's a sexual thing, a fetish. It's big in the New Orleans area.

Yes, vampires do exist, but not what you see in movies and such. Like there are actually people who like to drink blood, but that don't have fangs, or sleep in coffins, or they don't hate sunlight, or get burned by sunlight.
