You need to contact your service provider, it sounds like Yahoo Spamcop is at work blocking your domain. Here is a copy of info found in spam and bulk mail section:
This is a yahoo mailserver. The SpamCop blocklist does not list email addresses or domain names; it only lists the IPs of servers that are sending spam to our users and spamtraps. The reason that the mail server IP address is on our list doesn't have anythingto do with the specific email(s) you're sending. This is a shared IP/mailserver and spam is being sent thru this IP/mailserver by some user of the IP. Your ISP/hosting company is the administrator of the equipment on this IP.
*Only* the owner/admin of the server can determine the precise source fthe spam and make it stop as they are the only people who have access to the logs to determine the sender.

The blocklist is automated and IPs are listed when there are spam
reports and delisted when there have been no new reports for 24 hours. Please contact your ISP/hosting provider/outbound email service for additional information about this problem. Please show them a copy of the rejection.

another thing is if you are sending to one particular user you might try having them add you to their address book. Sometimes this will work.

In Your Mail Box go to options on the top right hand side of your mail box. and click on Spam Protection and edit your settings there. If that does not work Then Edit your Block Address, Mail Address, Filters,General Preferences, Email Announcement.
