There's NO medicinal action you can take to increase your height; no "magic medicine" exists for that.

What few people out there with such concerns of their height often look into having special shoes made that can slightly increase their body height without giving appearance they're wearing such shoes. You might want to closely look into this.

how old are you? if you are past 18, chances are you are at your maximum height. But if you're still a teenager, then just be healthy! Take your vitamins and exercise (polates and stretching, don't do body building, it will stunt your growth). If you are questioning about fashion, then you need to do the following: wear heels, lower rise pants (lengthens torso), wear tops that fall just below your hip bone, never wear mini's with boots (falls coming up, don't do it), your alternative would be a slim line skirt with boots). with jeans and what not, wider legs give you a shorter look, opt for a straight leg or a boot leg, no flare. Unfortunately princess sleeves could do you injustice as well. Stay with tops that give you a nice sihloette all the way around, anything that is boxy or creates more room will be your enemy. Hope this helps!
