DARTH VADER!!!
He is the top villain of all time to me. I know he's not really a "super-villain" but when I think of any kind of villain he comes to my mind first!!

I like Pyro from the X-men stories. He's got cool powers, weaknesses, and an interesting attitude. (Not to mention Aaron Stanford does an excellent job as him in the films)

The Master, from the Doctor Who series (1970's era). He was evil in a sinister kind of way, wore black all the time, and had a great beard. My kind of villain!
