Did you ever have feelings for someone and then told them? And when that happened, he said he'd like to hang out with you but bc it's the end of high school you said no? It's weird bc I'm confused about how I will handle this; I can't see him ever again. Well, my story is titled "guy trouble?"
PS: Do you think fate has played a part in this? Have you ever ran into someone from your past, someone who you cared about a lot?

I was very confused and scared. What if I fall in love with him and then have a nasty break up? What if it wasn't meant to be? Please read my story to understand it better. Thank you for your time.

Do you all think I could send him a quick note, asking him if he'd like to hang out sometime? I will leave him alone if he doesn't want to.

they say if you found love, grab..hold on to it..or it might slip away and you'll never have it back...if you really hae feelings for this guy and you're both available, then, feel free to make the move but it doesnt mean sexually...you can start by asking him to hang out and catch things up..good way to start and know each other..then take it from there...see where love will lead you :)

Your other story brings up a good point: what if you meet someone else in college? Statistically, the odds are against one's high-school sweetheart being "the one," but you never know.
In the meantime, I would focus on schoolwork (college isn't like grown-up high school, you'll need a lot more focus) and meeting new friends, including girls. It is possible to date without having a relationship. Just keep in mind that making out and sex change the dynamics of a relationship. So that you may thoroughly enjoy the college experience, I hope you really aren't naive about dating and relationships, as you claim you aren't. Good luck!

First off never be scared to say to someone I love you. If they do not love you back that is on them, but at least you know. If they love you then you can decide how you will handle the post high school years. I am always very regretful that I did not follow my high school sweetheart a little closer. I also am very angry that I did not tell one girl that she was very special to me and ask her for a date, just becuase I expected her to say no. You live forever with the things you never said because you were to chicken and did not want to get your feelings hurt.

Well, you are young and you are putting quite a bit of weight behind someone just asking you to hang out. Just hang out....It wasn't a marriage proposal! Call this person and say Hey! I was wondering if you would reconsider hanging out with me. That's all that easy. You will be surprised. You need to close all the chapters of that book or you will always wonder.

The first guy makes you nervous. So wait for a while till your thoughts crystallise. You don't have to say Yes/No. I think you are not ready for a relationship as yet. Yes there are so many guys waiting for you but you should have a clear idea of what you want. Don't clear anybody until your ideas are clear.

Where can I read your story? You see, the problem is you are afraid to get hurt. I am not talking about wanting to get hurt cus nobody wants to get hurt. Im talking about not being afraid to get hurt. It's a part of life.

First start my sending him a note. Get to know him. Forget about what MIGHT happen. That's tomorrow, this is today. Get moving....life is too short to wait.

You are worried about what ifs. Just hang out and see what happens. If he doesn't want to hang out then at least you know and move on.

It sounds like your afraid to get hurt. You seem far too young to worry about "what if's". Follow your heart, you never know where it will lead you.
