I don't think you are illegal. And I hate the fact that so many people would assume you or other Hispanics were.

Hispanic is a term made up in the Reagan era, used to lump up spanish speaking Americans. So if you call yourself Hispanic, you must have been born in America, therefore you are legal. If you were born in another country and crossed without papers, then you would be illegal.

I don't know if you were born in this country: you're legal American citizen
if you were born in this country and received/attained citzenship: you're legal immigrant.
if you came into the country and have not received or attained any kind citizenship documents: you're illegal immigrant.
Being Hispanic really doesn't have anything too do with that, but our blind society would have you think otherwise.
Illegal Immigrants come from everywhere.

I myself am an american by birth but my ancesters are not and honestly i dont think that anyone besides the amereican indians should have the right to pass judgement on anyone as far as who gets to stay on this soil being as how it was stolen from them and they had little to say. though history tells us that they put up a hell of a fight. and so would i if someone came to my house and try'ed to take over. but me i have little to say im not in the government or politics ihave plenty hispanic friends and they are what the government would call illegal but if someone wants to live somewhere and their not causing too much trouble and their earning a living they should be able to live where they want.

Dude, the immigration issue isn't a racist thing. Simply stated, while 100 years ago we had plenty of room for expansion, America does not have the jobs or resources to take in a high volume of immigrants.
And I would say you're legal, because you're using the internet, and thus, have signed papers somewhere stating your name and a permanent address (whether at the library or for your internet bill)

now, dont let what i say offend you. i do not mean to be offensive in any way, but i think illegal. i say this only because i come from an area with a HUGE hispanic population, and 75% of them are illegal. i'm not bashing them, im just stating a fact.

If you was born and raised in the USA, then you are legal, but if you came across the border with no legal papers, like a passport or visa, then you are in my country illegally and should be deported ASAP!!!!

See this is too broad of a question. If you are trying to incite a racist answer just to satisfy your predetermined racial biases then I will not oblige you. However statistically, you are more likely to be legal. In either case though, you are an idiot. Lucky for you, being an idiot is not illegal.
