I will be launching a new website very soon http://www.movieguru.co.uk and will be trying to recruit people to write reviews for the site. They won't be paid, but it should be seen as something they do for fun, or personal enjoyment, or perhaps they want to get experience in writing reviews, etc. There will be opportunities to win Amazon vouchers etc.

Anyway, how do you think I can recruit such people?

just post up a request on a few movie message boards, like the bbc one http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbmovies/ . there are usually people on these boards who have an over inflated opinion on their movie likes and dislikes so im sure they would be perfect

Once you've launched, ask again. I should think you'll get a lot of good response. I certainly would be interested to write and read the reviews.
Good luck.
