I don't think she is all that great an actress...a much better singer. :) A friend of my sisters is in marketing and does all the pizza hut commercials with Jessica in them, and said she is one of the nicest celebities she has worked with so far. :)

If, by "good", you mean wooden and one-dimensional, then absolutely damn sure yep.
She is a marginally attractive bimbette with an infantile intellect and the coordination to match, barely able to mouth her few simple lines in an intelligble fashion. If that is your definition of a "good actress," then sure.
If you mean something else, then no.
