Either natually opr C section..
bascally your body dialates(to 10cm) to allow the babys head/body to come down through your pelvis area..and suprisingly that baby comes out your vagina with alot of pushing and contractions..contractions are what pushes the baby down. You push while a contraction is happening to help the contraction get the baby down.
or a csection..which the doctors cut open your abdomen and pull the baby out that way

the baby grows inside your uterus (which is an organ in your belly)for nine months. Attached to the uterus is a long slender organ called your cervix. This is what actually dialates (or opens up) when you have contractions. When your cervix is dialated to 10cm. then you push the baby out of your vagina. The baby comes out of the uterus and down through the cervix and actually out into the world through your vagina. Hope that helped.

well actuly that is a kinda hard answer to put into worlds but u push the baby very hard out threw ur pu.ssy and alot of times thay have to cut u down there to help the baby come out. but u shouldent be thinking about sex its uposed to be something that is shared between husband and wife
