yes and no....its an advantage in extra time to score the first goal but the party aint over....its a 30 minute deal where a tie can come....if this happens they would go to penalty kicks....5 each one.....the one with more penalties favoured wins......

even if someone scores in the additional 30 minutes the paly continues till the end of the 30 minutes
and if the score is still a tie it goes to penalty shoot out where each team gets 5 shots with only the goalkeeper to score from
and then the winner will be decided

No they play for 30 min. then if no one scores they go to penalties.I hope Argentina wins!
