I am sincerely sorry that you are experiencing multiple problems. I wish that I had some way to resolve these concerns immediately. You might have some serious allergies. Ask your doctor to test you or refer you to a dermatology or allergy clinic. You will then be able to have a more peaceful existence. Read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) and ask God for help. I was born with various allergies. My family thought that I was just being sensitive. I was even teased about this for a very long time. While I was still a child, I was taken to a doctor who specialized in allergies. I now know what to eat and what to stay away from. Believe me, this knowledge took a great and positive place in my life. Now, as long as I remember, many things I can avoid. Also, you will as I have, need to be tested from time to time. For no definite reason, you may not be allergic to some things any longer. This, of course, must be verified by your doctor. Stress has also been an unwelcome visitor at my door. Hey, remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

Go back to the doctor, there are several options for migraines. That sure sounds like what you have. You need to try something else. once you break the chain for your current migraine, you might be able to take something that helps prevent them. You also can get a list of possible things that cause migraines and avoid those things (the artificial sweetener aspartame causes mine).

try to observe what cause your headache.. when you found the cause, see any way to improve your situation. For example some people get migrain because overheating from the sun, so stay out from the heat, brings umbrella when you go out. Some people get migrain because of consuming chocolate or cheese, so stop taking that.
try to consume papaya daily, some says it can cure migrain.
do medical check up, maybe it is a warning to your unhealthy body.
finally, you might want to consult a counselor, could it cause by stress?

Now you understand why it is called Migraine Syndrome.. multiple symptoms. This condition is one of an inflamatory process of the cranial nerves.. your symptoms correlate to several of those specific nerves. There are 12 of those nerves and they can all be inflamed at the same time. It is usually a condition of acute chronic state which becomes quiescent after the period of pain has diminished. The time to treat it is in that quiescent state, not when it is full blown.... Can give you more specifics if you want to email or IM me.

had headaches for 5 years..i was told by doctors to take hormones no matter what
thus i took lots of excedrin and motrin..for the pain.
the neurologist figured out immediately that i was having a "rebound" affect from the OTC pain meds
very, very bad thing.
off hormones, limit the over the counter pain meds.
it worked immediately.....after a week of cortisone.

As both a nurse and a migraine sufferer, the only thing that has really done wonders for me is the herb FEVERFEW. You can get it at any drugstore. I've been migraine free for months since i've started it.

you might be eating something that is causing that. Go over what your eating and see what it is, i know that peanut butter can cause that. I had my first migraine about a month ago. Sometimes you might have to go to the doctor also becauset there meds will be the only ones to work.
