For me, only not to wear with shorts...
Flared jeans, skinny jeans, denim mini skirts, mid lenght skirts, long skirts, gauchos, capris and aviator pants... are ok for me.

I agree to an extent, I think its all on how you wear it, I mean if your wearing 6 inch see-though platforms and a midriff then yes you will end up looking like a street walker or stripper.
I think short look cute with espadrilles or cute wedge sandals. Now, I'm not talking about demin daisy dukes but nice dressy type shorts. When you wear short shorts or a mini you have to wear a top that is not too reveling like showing too much cleavage.
It also depends on your height, when your short (like me I'm 5'1) and you wear a short skirt or shorts, wearing high heels will make you look lenghtier. You just have to avoid heels or sandals that tie around the ankles because they cut your legs and it makes your legs look short. When you have long legs, well you can get away with all types of shoes!
Skinny Jeans or tapered at the bottom look hot with high heeled pumps or flats. You can go either way with those. I think gauchos and Capri's look cute with high heels too, as long as they don't tie around the ankles, again this cuts you at the ankles!
You can go with heels or flats with all these styles. Again, I totally think that its how you wear the clothes!

I defiantly agree with you, if you are wearing high heels you should never wear short shorts. I wear heels with dressy gauchos, mid length skirts and all kinds of long jeans. I do not wear high heels with short skirts; heels make your legs look longer anyways so a short skirt just looks to bare.

I think mini skirts and shorts with high heel sandals makes women look like street walkers. All the other things you mentioned would be fine.

trend, women charm to to look than sturdiness even as men seems sturdiness cost sort plenty. donning severe heels is amazingly painful in case you walk and stand lot, I did a similar mistake even as i purchased a pair of boots that were seems magnificent yet heels were bit severe then I genuinely placed on, my journey became very undesirable and painful with those shoes, ordinary after I got here to my workplace my legs began paining and that i felt discomfort in my back too. That why i do not placed on severe heels shoes. i do not why women can placed on severe heels magnificent.

I wear shorts with high heels! It makes my legs look longer (but not in a trashy way) and a lot of people find that sexy. I think it has to do with how you coordinate your outfit. It also matters which kinds of heels you wear with them.
