what do you call those messages thats made of numbers?

My friend sent me a star and it was made of only number"8's". and it said best friend in the middle. i want to send her one similar for her birthday. it consisted of number"8's" and lines and underscores. you can see an example on www.123mycodes.com. i want to know what you call them. so i can find one on the computer to send to her.
