when passing blood clots is that a sign that conception did not take place?

It doesn't specificially mean anything one way or another. When implantation occurs, bleeding can still happen. When the blood sits in the uterus and "pools" while you're laying down, it will clot. But you can still be pregnant and the two parts are unrelated. Many women still have what appears to be a period after a normal, healthy pregnancy has implanted. The only way to know if you're pregnant or not is to get the test and try it out.

The fertilized egg is too small to be seen. So if it passes, you won't notice it. Products of conception are only visible several weeks after conception. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks gestation with my son and he was the size of the head of a ballpoint pen. Now he's 16 and weighs 165 (very healthy) pounds. There was bleeding at that point, but it was from a previously undiagnosed cyst that was taken care of after he was born. Nothing is certain til the test results are back.

well actuly it could be that u concived but had a miscarage or it could be that u did not concive. u can always call an obgyn doctor and ask them over the phone just tell them what happened and i wanted to know

not exactly. bleeding happens more than you think when we are pregnant. so it doesn't mean that your not but i would ask a doctor if i were you
