The orginal frankie is back but is that the same Max who played the part before?

I want frankie and jennifer to stay together and for the smart mouth daughter of jen and jack she can go with Jack.

Jen is leaving in August. Did not re-new her contract. Jack just signed a new contract. Yes, that is the original Frankie and as far as Max? Never knew about Max until he showed up with Frankie. So I don't think there ever was an original Max.
