Go to yellow pages or whites pages in the internet. Depends if it is business or residential . Where you see: by address, write the adress. But the same thing you can do if it is a name for residential.

go to whitepages.com and click on the reverse address tab. you should then be able to type in the address and it will give you the phone number , but only if it is a listed ph #

AT&T's website has apage where you can enter addresses,partial names and even a reverse lookup function.
