I am in the process of buying a property and we found trace of termites, even though the termites were dead, i would like to make sure that there is no serious damage to the property. Will a inspection be sufice.

yes put it in ur closing that u want home inspection for termites and that way the person doing the inspection is liable for anything missed and for repairs. also a bug company will do it. about $ 300.00 here.
