I don't have an opinion on the worst president. I think that, in order to be elected, they must represent the majority of the thought in the country and therefore be "good" presidents to some degree. If anyone, it is Nixon because he blatantly abused his powers as leader of the nation to further his own agenda.
As for Bush being the worst president ever, consider it logically:
1.) He was elected twice. If he was so bad, he would never have been able to recieve the majority of the popular vote for his second election.
2.) He has not done anything that violates the constitution to the point where impeachment charges have been brought against him.
3.) He is doing his best to serve the country, according to what he believes is best for the country. What's wrong with that?

Andrew Jackson is the worst president because he killed countless Americans by starting the Civil War. If it wasn't for the fact that he put so many taxes and tariffes on the South, the Civil War would have never even started.

George Bush, Jr. wins that title. Whenever there's a president that let's war, abortion, and poverty, high gas prices, etc., happen, he isn't being tough enough... I don't care if he's "trying", if he was trying it would have been better instead of worse than when we had all the other presidents...

Hoover for:
- the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act
- the 1932 Revenue Act
Together these ensured the depression in America would be long and painful.
Jimmy Carter for:
- lecturing allies about human rights as if they were children.
- for ignoring Soviet imperialism without thought for the consequences.
- for inflationary domestic fiscal policies.
- for blaming it all on the American people.
