They will get in big trouble if they hire under age.
You should also be careful with this choice. I know, I'm not your dad, but being a stripper has it's downside. Think about all the nasty guys that will try to touch you. Remember all the hot guys can get girls, so it's the nasty ones that will show up for you. Not my idea of a good time.

No lagitamit place will accept you.
You can go to school and learn how to dance, but no one can employ you until you are of the legal age.
If you live in Las Vegas, there are places to teach you this.
You need to be educated about more than dance. How to handle customers, and their requests.
