There are creams and lotions that you can use for this even the ones that you can leave on and then wipe off with a cloth after couple of minutes... The result from wipe-on and wipe-off creams / lotions is the same as shaving but only painless and you don't have to worry not only about hair and completely bare skin for the next couple of days (from 1 to 3 weeks) but also no painful cuts, nicks and skin irritations :) Depending on the type of the lotion, don't use soap afterwards, it can irritate your skin even more (read the label carefully). They even come with Vitamin A, B, C, D, E and many other ones, that way your skin feels soft and there's no need for constant rasor contact. The lotions are also available for either regular skin type or sensitive skin. It feels cool to the contact with the skin and the scent is refreshing (i.e.: cucumber scent with Vitamin E). It's also one of the effective ways when you're pressed for time (you have only 20 minutes to get ready) and you don't have enough time to even shave or trim. The skin itself is very sensitive down for Men AND Women, using rasor and shaving cream too often can cause rasor burns and they'll end up being VERY painful too. I personally use lotions and my skin feels soft :)
Shaving is one option, and there's also couple of other ones too:
* If you'll go to a waxing salon... It'll be faster and you won't have any hairs to worry about for about 8 to 10 weeks... It will hurt like there's no tomorrow, but according to some people if done right by the caring professional, it doesn't hurt that much. I'm not sure, but I tried to do it myself... and it hurt...
* There's also an option of permanent hair removal either by laser or electrolysis. It's a fast and effective way to loose the unwanted hair and they won't grow back no matter how hard you'll try.

You can go to the store and buy a feminine anti-itch cream. Just make sure to put it on the outside, and no-where near the inside of your vagina. The only crappy thing is, I found I had to use it often for it to not itch much. After you shave a few times, the itching will get more bearable and not as noticable, at least this is what I've found.

well im no dude.... but my skin down there is just as sensitive! sock in a back tub with epsom salts and a little baby oil..... for about 20 min. then dran tub so that water is less then your balls and sit at a 45 deg. angle and shave away! if your tummy gets in the way then sit on ledge of tub or stand up! OMG hairless balls are a turn on! and they get more sensitive for you guys too!.

I'd suggest scissors and then a shaver or something similar. I don't think there is a safe or particularly pleasant way to trim one's ball bag. You might want to ask yourself why you're doing it in the first place. Unless you are gay or in the porn industry, leave your junk alone except for some occasional grooming.

i just pull em out every time im going to take a crap. Pretty much every time I see my cack I pull out a few hairs. It hurts at first but after a while it doesnt hurt and that bean bag looks pretty nice when its smoother than a baby behind. I guess if you got some big balls you could go to a waxer, but even I am not that crazy.

use hair clippers, shaving with a razor is bad news, it makes your skin irritated and itchy, Scissors are asking for trouble!!

its this simple, go very very slow on ur balls, try stretching the skin so u get a smooth patch to work on instead of wrinkles

Use a good electric razor and be careful theres really not an easy way.....just get it close it dont have to be bare.
