tell my husband that I've changed my mind about marriage counseling and I want a divorce. We've had a very difficult marriage, and I'm not in love with him anymore.

Very honestly, very openly, and as kindly as possible. Also, the sooner the better. Don't give him any false hopes, if you're definite in your decision. Try to pick a time when neither of you is stressed, and do it! Good Luck!!

I think the best thing to do is be honest. Just sit down with him and tell him. Or maybe you can just tell him in Marriage counseling. Either way if your no longer in love it's best to go your seperate ways. If you have kids together that might make it a little more difficult. But in the end you have to do whats best for you.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS:
First, think about the kids. When my parents divorced, it broke my heart. Try Marriage Counceling, for your kids (if u have any). If it still doesen't work out that tell him that a nd say you think you shuld get a divorce. Then, whoever gets custody (probably u), Should let the other get the kids every other weekend or so.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS:
Still try mairrage conceling. Bujt still tell him that it isn'y workig out and that you might need a divorce.

Leave your computer on so he can read your question; have the divorce papers sighned next to the computer. Be honest with him and yourself, communicate face 2 face, and express your feelings and emotions. Most likely he feels the sameway.

Be honest and tell him as soon as possible. Nothing is worse then being in the dark and not knowing how people feel.
