My neighbors run around topless and i have two 2 year olds that live with me and it is in plain view. I don't think this is right at all and the KSP tell me its not against the law? any ideals?

I have talked to them about it. They said its a private road and they can do whatever they want. and its OUTSIDE not INSIDE in full view of my children!

No they are boys.. I don't think it is right i have the other problems taken care of like them having sex on the front porch and running around totally nude. and it is 2 girls 1 guy and they ain't nothing to look at trust me!

in some states, if they are topless in a place where people can view them, for instance in their back yard and you can see them, they can be charged with public indecency. unless of course you live in Canada where either sex is legally entitled to be topless ;o)

If they are running around on their property, there is nothing you can do. If they go out on the street and are on public easement, you can call the police. Or the sheriff or whatever. But if they are on their own property, or if they are on property which they rent, there is nothing you can do.

If they are topless in their home, there's nothing you can do about it. However, if they are topless out in public, they can be cited for indecent exposure.

Being topless is NOT incedent exposure..if she ran around bottomless THAT would be exposure...
