You can just use Paint program.
Go to Start menu, then programs, then accessories, then click on PAINT.
Open the picture. Then go to FILE and then SAVE AS and then you can rename the file or keep it as is, but make sure you change the FILE TYPE to jpg or jpeg. After you save it, it will convert that bmp to jpg.
If you cant convert it, then just contact me and I can convert them for you.

You can import the bitmap image to Adobe Photoshop and then save it as jpeg... by saving for web...

you can use paint to change to that format just paste the picture in paint then save as jpeg image thats it re

Simplest open the file in paint and save it....Else use photoshop or easily enhance the image before saving it using photofiltre. It's simple, cool and totally free..

Right click>save as...at save as ,back space out .bmp and replace with .jpeg

you can use MS Paint to open the BMP file and then click on File > Save as to save in JPG format.

you can open it with Paint, then go to File, Save As, and when the Save As box comes up change the File Type from BMP to JPG.

if you have photoshop you can use that other than that i dont know of a way. if you dont have photoshop i recommend getting it but you probably won't want to pay 650 dollars so search the net for it and a keygen and install it on your computer
