If youre talking about the world cup...then it would be obviously Pele.
In this world cup...I think it would be fair to say Ronaldo (15!) since he's also now the world record holder for the most goals scored in the WCs beating Gerd Muller's 14 goals.

well...my opinion on the best soccer player (footballer) is the present England captain...David Beckham and the 2nd best in my opinion is Ronaldo (Brazil) but they say that Ronaldihno (or however you spell it) is the best and i disagree...well thats just my opinion
