Ok. Sorry for the uncomfortable topic. :) My friend claims that she farts GAS out of her vagina. She asked me for advice on how she could stop. However, I told her that it wasn't gas and that it was just air getting trapped into her vagina. She totally disagreed with me. Is it physically possible to have gas come out of your vagina? Seems anatomically improbable.

Wouldn't air be a certain kind of gas?! Anyway, you are right, it's just air, not a fart.
The sound may be the same and it can be embarassing during or after sex, because the guy may think you just farted, but I think this is quite normal.

if it is gas and not air then she needs to see a doc ASAP. this normally only happens during childbirth but sometimes (rarely) during rough sex that the membrane between the anus and the vagina rips, causing things from the large intestine to get into the vagina such as gas, poo...not good.
if she experiences pain then definitely see a doctor!

no, its not gas! during sexual excitement the V stretches to its max, and that can snap some air out of it, and its makes a funny sound, just put the music on real loud...

: ) Well if she has sexual intercourse alot or is doing herself really hard, then yes it is possible for air to trap into her vagina. However it is impossible to poot gas through your vaginal area.
