Try an adoption Center or a local Zoo they usually have so many Iguanas just dropped off at these places that they dont know what to do with them. If you do get one that is larger be warned that they do get quite big, sometimes upwards of 7 feet long. So make sure you have the proper space, heat, food and everything that goes along with owning such a magnificant creature. if you need anymore info please feel free to e-mail me with any questions or concerns at xrose_of_shyronx@yahoo.com.

Go check out uncle bills pet store or the jungle pet store. They have reptiles like this. Just remember that a large iguana needs a very large tank, or there unhappy, and not fun to keep. And they need alot of vegetation, there expensive, and no iceberg lettuce or brocli.

Try Petco

But make sure you give a green iguana what it needs.

It will reach five feet long in les than 4 years. If fed and raised properly.

I suggest you do your research first.

I know a lot about reptiles and exotic birds you can e-mail questions to me at fatwhale90@yahoo.com

Please do not buy an iguana from a petstore. There are thousands of iguanas nation wide that need a home.

Go to http://anapsid.org and read up on iguana care and then go to http://www.petfinder.com and enter in your zip code. You will find all of the rescues in your area that have iguanas.

you could try the monthly reptile show in Indianapolis. If you are close to Ft.Wayne there are several qaulity pet stores there also that may have one. I don't know how big though. Also check the Peddlers Post or other trade mag. Look on www.kingsnake.com for the show dates and directions.
