personally, I think they should imprison him for crimes against humanity and music in general .. but seeing as he's somewhat of an inspiration and role model to millions of young headbangers what do you think would be appropriate??

Absolutely! He accepted, when he decided to drive intoxicated, that he might kill or injure someone. He's really lucky he didn't, but the kids that look up to him need a role modle, and the things he's done are sure not the kinds of things I want my kids to look up to. He should be punished severely, though sadly, with our current justice system, that'll mean ten minutes in jail... He's a looser.

I think he shpuld apologise for it at least.
maybe do some community work in terms of speaking about drink-driving at school's etc.
Its not ok if no harm was caused.

why should they...noone else gets the book thrown at them....especially celebrities....he will get a fine, do some community service and it will be over with....so he had a few and drove....he made a mistake....a small one...not like killing someone or raping little kids
