best at wasting money? yeah, no one else spends 21 million pounds on a bench player. they have only one player that came out of their farm system that actually plays with them. they're a mercenary team, soon the oil money will run out, and they'll become once again the mid table team that they've always been.

Best in England..Yes at the moment they are English Premier League title holders.

Most cheats and divers in any team around...Certainly;

They are definately the richest, ensuring that they are the best. If it looks like they are in danger of losing the season, Abramovich will probably buy the temporary league leaders and sell off all the players to ensure that Chelsea remain the best.
