Set your alarm clock very early, and don't put it beside your bed. Put it far away from your bed so that you are forced to get up out of bed and turn it off every morning. That is what gets me up.

1) Keep chewing gum.
2) Have a cola.
3) Have coffee or tea.
4) Splash water on your face when you feel sleepy.
5) Listen to Rock music.

Listen to late night on Red FM radio Mirchi or Radio City its the best, u can also chat at night, while the best thing is to go out at a night club
