Masturbation doesnt make less sperm, it doesnt really do anything. Although at a certain age.....you will make less sperm, but thats not like until 30 that you'll see a difference. Y do u ask this question,lol

If you masturbate and you go and have sex it will take you longer to come because you have to build up more sperm I think the first time you come you have more sperm but I seriously doubt if it causes less in the future
