C u m is a slang word for semen. It's a fluid that comes out of your penis after orgasm and is mainly used to get girls pregnant; it contains sperm. It's whitish in color, and when you first get it you'll only get a drop or two that barely comes to the end of you penis. After a year or so you may be shooting a teaspoon or two a few inches. This is not to be confused with precum, which is clear and is a lubricant for semen, and and usually comes out during masturbation, not during/after orgasm.
Usually boys begin developing semen between the ages of 12-17, and it varies for everyone. If you're in this age range or below and haven't started, you're perfectly normal. Eventually you'll either c u m through masturbation or a wet dream. Either way is normal. Hope I helped.
