I am 14 going on 15 soon and I want to speed up the process up the growth of my moustache.

Keep shaving your face a lot, shaving hair frequently tends to make it grow in thicker and come back more often sometimes

You can't. You can only grow what you can grow. But I would say this to you and all 14 year old boys and Asians -- if you cannot grow a real moustache, don't have anything there! If that thing is a pitiful little peach-fuzz smudge on your upper lip, it ain't a moustache. Just have nothing as opposed to having a half-assed moustache, you're only drawing attention to what you cannot do!

Well I know that you want that mustache but it will come sooner then later. And just think whenever it does come you'll have a need for it but your young enjoy life.
And if you don't like that answer then you should ask your mom can you start shaving your upper lip, they say the more you shave the thicker it comes back.

Keep shaving it off and this will encourage the hairs to grow faster and thicker. Also try rubbing salt into your top lip when the hairs get thirsty they will come out for a drink.

i would just shave the slightest bit of hair on your face i have the same dilema i mean all my other hair grew but my mustache

get a permananet marker at staples and draw all over ur face

you cant, just be patient. Its a pain shaving all the time anyway.
