Hutch; Starter back Rs.100; to any mobile 0.49paise; 100 SMS FREE; you can recharge from Rs.10.00 onwards; Rs.998.00 re-charge is the best, 6 months validity, Rs888.00 talk time, above all i am having the same so it has to be the best

I'm a SMART (RTL) user it is pretty good i'm with it for last 2 years or so. But I'm afraid tht smart(only in eastern India) isn't avilable throughout India so i think u can go for BPL(if in south) or SPICE(in north).
Airtel is also good but bit costly.
Hutch is the best if u hav adequet money.
Whatever else please dont go for Cellone.
