A very good question, which are rare on here, not only is it possible it is happening right now, and there is a concerted and concealed effort to do so, the bilderbergs for example have formed to do just that. They would argue that they are doing it with good intentions, but would not dispute that it is their goal. What you are questioning is often called the New World Order, and its objective is to gain global rule so that they can address "global problems", such as population growth, war, and resource allocation. Now you have asked specifically is it possible for them to succeed, or anyone for that matter, they are just the present frontrunners. And the answer is very complex and the answer is both yes and no, so I will try to summarize my answer in brevity, but understand that i am not given enough room to thoroughly do so. Yes they can militarily gain control of earth, and probably even crush any substantial rebellions, however when examining the subject in detail you have to look at the "what next", what will their policies be, and quite frankly they are self-destructive, so in gaining control they are really gaining the power which will destroy them. The problem (or mine rather) lies in the fact that countless individuals will die simply for resisiting being enslaved, myself included. For these global conquerers are not a freedom loving bunch, hence why they believe themselves able to rule a planet full of people. Now the question of whether individual freedom is right, is a different question entirely, and i certainly don't have the space for that, but I whole heartedly believe it is. And thus believe this to be a very bad thing. So you answer your question yes but at what cost and for how long? Permanently, no.

First the Democrats must continue their efforts in globalization and get the U.S. into the UN and NATO. After a few years, every nation will be part of the UN and they will submit their governments to be substrates of the UN. Everything will then be under the chain of command of the UN, which will have a group of leaders, much like Congress. That group of leaders will probably have to have a smaller group of elders, which will subsequently have to have a mediator. Then the world will be under one rule. It's already on it's way. And the Democrats are pushing for it. This is the reason Bush pulled away from supporting the UN and NATO. I think he understands the politics of globalization much better than the democrats do.

It is possible, probable and terrifying on one level and settling on another. Personally, I think a New World Order is in deed, in order. However, I think the NWO should be based on our Constitution, NOT on tyrannical elitist Master and Slave design....unless I'm on the Master side.....
