The baby pig has no mother and I have to bottle feed it but I am not sure how to make a formula for it.

There's a milk replacer available for livestock. If it's just been born and did not nurse TODAY you need to go get a colostrum packet. This will drasticly make a difference health wise. as soon as it learns to drink it can drink rather than bottle nurse. Be sure to have the needle teeth done in a few days...saves on tusks later (and injuries).

Tractor Supply has some milk for pigs. Make sure you get a bottle too.

We always fed ours fresh cows milk in a baby bottle.

Contact a local feedstore, they should be able to give you advice, and possibly even have formula mix for piglets.
