this question is asked in wishfull thinking we beat portugal then brazil who would u rather meet in the final Germany or agentina. it's gonna be tough getting there but just what if we do? as things stand at the moment its the cheaters how do u feel about this? i'm not sure what to think : (

Only time will tell if England are going to get thru Brazil, but I know for a fact that we CAN do it if we pull out all the stops.
Germany are our old adverseries, but meeting & beating the argies in the final would do it for me - we owe them for the falklands, we owe them for the 'hand of god', we owe them for getting beckham sent off in france 98 (his only mistake was not kicking Simeone hard enough!).
All in all we owe them for an awful lot & July 9 2006 is gonna be payback time!
POST-MATCH EDIT: Ah well, looks like it's Germany, but this could be a good omen - England v Germany final? England will be in red shirts - Just like 66 :)

I'd rather face Argentina. Germany is a very good team and would be tough to beat. Plus it would be an awesome rematch from World Cup 98. Go England!

England cannot beat Brazil..it's doubtful whether they would be able to beat a weakened Portuguese team. They have talented individual players, but do not have any team chemistry or fortitude.

i dont think England will beat Brazil but i hope they do...IF (and thats a big if) England do beat Brazil...i would rather want them to meet Argentina. i really want England to win the World Cup...i wish the best for England...GO ENGLAND!!!!!!!!

it would be GREAT if England beat BRAZIL oohh yes...i would rather see argentina and england in the finals..but since argentina is gone (HA!) i guess germany...

neither. i'd rather meet italy or ukraine. that way england will have a better chance of winning the final. :)
