When is too early to take a pregnancy test? Do you think taking one 9-10-11 days after conception is too early for some women.

For some women yes. A lot of tests aren't real accurate until almost a month after. If you take the test a month after you are almost sure to have correct results. But if you have medical insurance I would suggest going to the doctor because they can tell you for absolute sure.

most pregnancy tests won't give an accurate reading that early - your body needs time to produce the pregnancy horomone - that is what the tests measure to see if you are pregnant. This early, your body isn't doing that just yet - some tests that are early response tests can be accuarate up to 5 days before a missed period and the other pregnancy tests are accurate after a missed period. I would wait a little bit yet so you can get an accurate reading.

Have fun!

It definitely could be. Some don't get a positive for a few weeks after that. If you get a negative and you feel pregnant, wait at least 3 days and test again. If you get to 4 weeks past conception with no positive but you still feel pregnant, go see your doctor.

It all depends on the type of test you take. There are some test that give an accurate reading up to five days before your missed period. If you are going to take it agian make sure that you buy the right test.

Most tests will give you a false negative if used before 3 weeks after conception.

It depends. I had a faint pink line within a week, but then again I had a faint pink line through the fifth month of my pregnancy. (I took another test for a scrap book and I hoped by then the line would show up better.)
