Humans are born a bit more prematurely than other apes. The reason for this is our extra-large crania and the conflict with the size of mothers' birth canals. That said, apes are still quite helpless at birth, but are capable of holding on to fur and helping stay attached to mom (though not nearly as much as many monkeys). Human newborns are 100% reliant on adults to carry them about.
The simple answer is not quite, but close. As mentioned before, non-human apes will also develop much more rapidly.

Great Ape babies have a much more advanced clinging reflex than we do. If you've seen a human baby, you'll note that they reflexivly grasp anything they can get ahold of, but it doesn't do much good because they are so physically week. Great Apes are actually able to hold on and cling to their mother, though in some species it takes a day or two for them to be fully functional.
Other than that, they are pretty helpless. They have to learn to crawl and walk and everything else human babies do, they just do it quicker.
This is because Great Apes are not entirely bipedal, so their babies brains are more fully developed at birth. Humans must have less developed brains at birth, or we'd never survive it because we have to have much narrower pelvises if we're going to walk on two feet.

Apes are animals, that being said, anything that is a "baby" infantile in nature is also frail to some degree or another, I think they are helpless, but not to the extent as humans are, I mean their moms give birth to them with out having prenatal care and going to a hospital to dilever right, so they must be a bit more durable,.

Not quite as helpless, they have to cling to their mothers fur for dear life. That's why human infants still have the grasping reflex.
They have more developed motor skills but they don't have to deal with the disproportionaly huge heads human infants have.

At birth, pretty much. They go through their developmental stages much more quickly than human babies, though. Within a few years they're adolescents. We're much slower to develop.

I don't think so. Human babies are pretty helpless.
Grape Ape, however, never had a baby.
