One of my favorite movies is "The Devil's Advocate." (Of course, good and evil can be represented in ways other than biblically.) I look forward to reading your recommendations.

Well, I think good versus evil can be found in many movies. The Devil's Advocate is a good one for showing GOOD vs Evil. The struggle of good versus evil, I think, can be seen in separate characters (good cop / bad cop), it can be a journey of one person from (one side to the other) or in what may seem like all bad (a bad person with good intentions).

1. Blade - Vampire movies with Wesley Snipes
2. Braveheart - Dramatized history with Mel Gibson
3. Man without a face - Badly burned teacher who tutors a young boy and fighting being shunned by the community. (Mel Gibson)
4. Bruce Almighty - A mans battle within himself. (Jim Carry)
5. The Last Samurai - Captain Nathan Algren is a man adrift. (Tom Cruise)
6. Dances with wolves - Kevin Kostner
7. Shawshank Redemption -

I hope the list of movies above helps you out!

My first thought was the Devil's Advocate too.

Otherwise, The Stand (Stephen King), IT (Stephen King), and any of the Harry Potter movies. Or for that matter any of the LOTR movies.
